Privacy Policy
How Digital Voisys (trading as Voisys Digital) collects, uses and protects your information.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
On this page
Digital Voisys ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Voisys Digital, operates the website at https://voisys.digital (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site — including our contact form and consultation booking page — how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't submit information through the Site; you're always welcome to reach us directly at info@voisys.in with any questions first.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Information you give us directly — when you submit our contact form, book a consultation, or email/call us, we collect details like your name, email address, phone number, company name, the services you're interested in, your budget range, and anything you write in a message field.
- Consultation booking details — if you book a paid consultation, we additionally collect your preferred date and time, and — once our payment partner integration is live — payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers ourselves; see §4 Third-party services).
- Automatically collected information — like most websites, our hosting provider's server logs may record standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect only for purposes connected to running our business and serving you, specifically to:
- Respond to your enquiry or confirm a consultation booking.
- Understand what you need so we can give relevant, accurate advice or a quote.
- Process the ₹100 consultation fee and any related refund, once our payment integration is active.
- Send you service-related communication — booking confirmations, project updates, replies to your messages.
- Maintain records for accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
- Improve our Site and services based on the kinds of enquiries we receive.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Cookies
The Site may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — for example, to keep your session active while filling out a multi-step form, and to protect our forms from spam and cross-site request forgery. These are not used to track you across other websites. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to run this Site and our business, each of which processes limited data on our behalf:
- Web hosting (Hostinger) — our Site is hosted on Hostinger's servers, which process standard technical/server-log data as part of serving the Site to you.
- Google Fonts — we load typefaces from Google Fonts' servers, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
- WhatsApp — our WhatsApp chat button opens a conversation through WhatsApp/Meta's own platform, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy once you start that chat.
- Payment processing (Cashfree) — once live, consultation fee payments will be processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed Indian payment gateway. Cashfree handles your card/UPI/bank details directly under its own security standards and privacy policy — we never see or store your full payment credentials.
- Email delivery — enquiry and booking notifications are sent via standard email delivery so our team can respond to you.
5. Data sharing & disclosure
We share your information only where necessary to operate our business or where the law requires it:
- With the third-party service providers listed in §4, strictly to the extent needed for them to perform their function for us.
- If required by law, court order, or a valid request from a government or regulatory authority.
- To protect the rights, property or safety of Digital Voisys, our clients, or others — for example, to investigate suspected fraud or abuse of our forms.
- In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we'd ensure the same privacy protections continue to apply.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us — including access controls on our admin systems, hashed (not plain-text) storage of any account passwords, and HTTPS encryption for data in transit on this Site. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver any services you engage us for, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you sooner, contact us at info@voisys.in and we'll action it unless we're required to retain it for legal reasons (for example, financial records).
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies to you), you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal/accounting retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on your consent.
- Raise a complaint about how we've handled your information.
To exercise any of these, email us at info@voisys.in — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children's privacy
This Site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals above the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, as we add new features like online consultation payments. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
