Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of this website and any services you engage Digital Voisys for.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
On this page
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://voisys.digital (the "Site") and any services provided by Digital Voisys ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Voisys Digital. By using the Site, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. Specific project work is additionally governed by the written proposal, quote or contract agreed for that project — where the two differ, the signed project agreement takes precedence.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this Site or using our contact form, consultation booking page, or any service we provide, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Site or our services.
2. Services we provide
We provide website development, custom software development, SaaS development, ERP systems, AI automation, digital marketing and related digital services, as described on our Services pages. The exact scope of any specific project is defined separately in a quote, proposal or project agreement — nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer for a specific project until that scope and price are confirmed in writing.
3. Project engagement process
A typical engagement starts with an enquiry or consultation, followed by a written proposal or quote outlining scope, deliverables, timeline and cost. Work begins once both parties agree the scope and, where applicable, an initial payment is received. Any request to change scope after work has started (new features, redesigns, additional pages or modules not in the original agreement) may involve additional time and cost, which we'll discuss with you before proceeding.
4. Fees & payment terms
Fees for project work are set out in the relevant quote or proposal and may be structured as a fixed price, milestone-based payments, or a retainer, depending on the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- An advance/deposit may be required before work begins.
- Remaining payments are due at the milestones or dates specified in the proposal.
- Late payments may pause project work until the account is brought current.
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Our refund terms for project fees and the ₹100 consultation fee are set out separately in our Refund Policy.
5. Consultation bookings
Our Book a Consultation page lets you book a 30-minute paid consultation for ₹100. Booking a consultation does not create an obligation for either party to proceed with a project. The ₹100 fee, and the circumstances in which it's refunded, are described in our Refund Policy. Submitting a preferred date and time is a request, not a confirmed booking — we'll confirm the exact slot with you directly.
6. Intellectual property
Unless a signed project agreement states otherwise, ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, content created specifically for your project) transfers to you upon full and final payment for that project. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain our property. We retain the right to use general knowledge, pre-existing tools, frameworks, components and know-how (not specific to your confidential business logic) across other projects, and may showcase completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio/case studies unless you ask us not to.
All content on this Site itself — text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by Digital Voisys or used under license, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. Client responsibilities
To deliver a project on time and to the agreed scope, we rely on you to: provide timely feedback, approvals and content/assets we request; provide accurate information about your business requirements; make payments per the agreed schedule; and ensure you have the rights to any content, branding or third-party material you ask us to use. Delays on your side (feedback, content, approvals, payment) may correspondingly delay project timelines.
8. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential, and use it only to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We won't disclose your confidential business information to third parties except where needed to deliver the project (e.g., a sub-contractor bound by the same confidentiality expectations), or where required by law.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with standard industry practice. However, the Site and any software or systems we build are provided "as is" — we do not guarantee that any website or software will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or will meet every unstated expectation, and we make no warranties beyond what is explicitly agreed in a project proposal or contract. Any post-launch support, bug-fix or maintenance period is as specified in your project agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Voisys's total liability arising from or related to any project or service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific project in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities) arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement as set out in the specific project agreement (typically with written notice). On termination, you are responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date; any amounts already paid are handled per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service in cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as we add new services or payment methods. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms; for an active project, the terms agreed in your signed proposal/contract continue to govern that project unless we agree a change in writing.
